At GBC, we believe that the more organized you are, the less likely you are to make mistakes. Due to this belief, we’ve created what we like to call, “The GBC Process”. This step by step organizational structure allows our bookkeepers to remain focused on the goal at hand, which is effectively providing you with accurate financial data.

In order to effectively track your financial data, we must first analyze its various aspects. That includes studying your current bookkeeping practices and determine if, and where any mistakes may have been made. This allows our bookkeepers to discover any inconsistencies in your finances and report them before they do any real damage.
During this step in the process, we introduce you to your bookkeeper. Communication is key during this stage as you and your newly appointed bookkeeper will discuss financial goals and what can possibly be done to achieve them. For any questions, you are encouraged to contact your bookkeeper directly via phone, email, or by appointment. They are here to service you, so don’t hesitate to reach out as they will actively do the same.

Once we’ve garnered a firm understanding of your finances and current structure, it’s time to apply GBC’s bookkeeping practices. That means only the use of the best bookkeeping software to organize and manage your financial data. During this step, we will inform you of any alarming occurrences in your finances as well as provide reports to assist in making future business decisions.
One defining attribute of GBC is the ability to view your financial data from anywhere with an internet connection. In addition to this, your bookkeeper is your bookkeeper, meaning that they are on standby to provide you with support at a moment’s notice.
